About AI Pulse Survey

  • No. Answers are stored without a visible link to the person, results appear only for groups of 5 or more, and smaller groups are merged into the next level up. There is no admin setting that reveals individuals.

  • It reads the comments in a survey, groups similar points into themes and writes a short summary for each, with the share of comments behind it. It does not name or profile people.

  • Most companies start monthly and move to weekly for teams going through change. Three questions at a time keeps response rates high.
