About Kudos Wall

  • No. Many companies start with recognition only. You can switch on points later, set monthly budgets per employee or manager, and choose what goes in the catalogue.

  • Yes. Anyone can give kudos from the app or by replying to a Vypecorp WhatsApp message with a colleague's name.

  • The recognition report shows which teams and sites give and receive kudos, so you can spot people and teams who are rarely thanked and nudge their managers.
